If you no longer wish to use our services, you can delete your account directly from the app. Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the app: Navigate to the Account tab.
2. Access your profile: Tap on your name to access your profile settings.
3. Delete account: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
Important information
- Loss of data: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any upcoming or past journeys, saved payment methods, or mode preferences.
- Permanent deletion: Account deletion is permanent. If you change your mind later, you will need to create a new account to use our services again.
